NRF 2026 may be over, but the momentum coming out of the show floor is just getting started. Throughout the event, E Ink and our global ecosystem of retail technology partners demonstrated how color ePaper is reshaping in-store communication: at scale, with sustainability at the core.

Partner Ecosystem on Display

Partners including Vusion, Hanshow, SoluM, ZKONG, Netronix, Samsung, and Pricer showcased live retail deployments powered by E Ink’s latest color ePaper technologies. From shelf edge to large-format signage, the demos focused on delivering vivid, print-quality visuals with ultra-low power consumption.

E Ink Spectra 6: Scaling Color ePaper Across the Store

A standout across multiple booths was E Ink Spectra 6, shown in formats ranging from Sharp A-series displays up to eye-catching 75” panels. Retailers were drawn to Spectra 6 for its ability to support immersive retail media, promotional messaging, and digital shelf communication, without requiring continuous power.

Motion-Enabled Color with Kaleido 3

Partners also demonstrated E Ink Kaleido 3 in large-format displays, including animated content designed for high-traffic and outdoor environments, combining motion capability with the inherent efficiency of ePaper. It was also cordless and battery-powered, allowing the display to be moved or placed in any location.

New Formats, New Possibilities

Innovation extended beyond traditional signage. ZKONG introduced its Arrow Series, a 30, 45, or 60 cm ePaper display that can function as multiple connected shelf tags or as one long, uninterrupted endcap advertisement, unlocking new possibilities for cohesive shelf storytelling.

In addition, Pricer Avenue was launched, an E Ink Prism ePaper displays designed specifically for dynamic ESL applications, reinforcing how color ePaper continues to expand beyond traditional signage into full-store digital transformation.

NRF also highlighted new creative partnerships, including Samsung and BISH Creative, who collaborated on a 32” ePaper smart signage solution, which launched at the show. The display showed how premium hardware, design-forward thinking, and ePaper technology can come together to deliver smart, scalable signage with minimal energy use.

Looking Ahead

Together, these NRF 2026 showcases reinforced how E Ink and its partners are enabling retailers to build more engaging, flexible, and sustainable store environments.
