E Ink received the Display of the Year award from SID, joining the ranks of past recipients like Apple and Samsung. This year’s booth featured the E Ink Spectra 6 ePaper which provides print-quality, full-color displays with low power consumption for digital signage and advertising.
Our healthier screen time campaign led us to display devices featuring E Ink ePaper screens, which are up to three times healthier for eyes than traditional LCD screens, according to a Harvard School of Public Health study. From eReaders to monitors, E Ink is dedicated to a healthier viewing experience.
E Ink’s Prism ePaper technology was on full display, highlighting our collaboration with BMW and the multi-color automobile implementations. The woven wall workflow demonstrated the steps necessary for successful Prism integration.
Our retail applications featured the large-tiled Spectra 6 Displays, offering retailers a sustainable alternative to printed paper, with benefits like low power consumption, wide viewing angles, and digital content management.
E Ink’s healthcare applications, such as whiteboard replacements and eNotes, were also showcased, including those in use at Brigham and Women’s Emergency Department. These displays serve as communication portals, syncing with hospital systems to provide real-time medical updates.
Our E Ink Kaleido 3 Outdoor display, designed for Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising and transportation signage, offers dynamic color capabilities and energy efficiency. E Ink’s ePaper technology is an innovative solution for brands seeking to make an impact while aligning with sustainable practices.
E Ink continues to push the boundaries of display technology, offering innovative solutions across various industries. Beyond Spectra 6 winning Display of the Year award, E Ink was also voted the Best Large Booth Design by people’s choice.
