This next-generation device features the advanced E Ink Gallery™ 3 color display – the first eNote to use this display. reMarkable’s tagline is “Better paper. Better thinking”, and they create devices that allow their customers to work without constraints and distractions, and focus. reMarkable launched their first-generation device back in 2016 after their founder noticed his colleagues still preferred to write notes on paper, even though they had smartphones and laptops available. In 2020, the company launched reMarkable 2 and had shipped over a million devices by 2022. E Ink’s black and white displays have been instrumental in defining digital note-taking with their paper-like experience, low power consumption and easy readability. In fact, there is no other display technology on the market that so closely mimics real paper. Now, reMarkable has moved beyond monochrome with E Ink Gallery 3, offering users a vibrant color experience.
